Refund policy
All of our cakes are custom-made to order. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Payment Policy:
- Orders of $100 or more must be paid in full at least 7 days before the event date.
- Orders under $100 must be paid in full at least 3 days before the event date.
- Full payment is required to confirm your order.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation 7 or more days before the event date: 100% refund
- Cancellation 5 days before the event date: 70% refund (materials have already been purchased)
- Cancellation 3 days before the event date: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 3 days before the event date: No refund
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving your cake and we will do our best to make it right.
